Vitamedusa’s activity is organised into several lines of investment. Each follows its own criteria, yet all share the same origin and the same way of working.

Corporate holdings

Ownership and management of stakes in established companies, mainly in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, as well as in hospitality. We support the companies we invest in with a stable, long-term view.

Real estate investment

Investment in property assets —industrial units and commercial premises, among others— in both sale and rental operations, including one-off transactions.

Operations of different kinds that, by their interest or timing, fit our way of investing. Each one is studied and assessed individually.
