We do not request special-category data. Please do not send sensitive or unnecessary information.

Providing data is voluntary, although we may be unable to answer without the necessary information. Anyone supplying data confirms it is accurate and, where third-party data is included, that they are authorised to provide it.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and manage the relationship, then blocked or access-restricted for applicable legal limitation periods. Technical logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security and diagnosis. Data subject to a statutory duty is kept for the required period.

We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, maintenance or support providers may access it under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts where legally required.

Vitamedusa S.L. does not itself plan international transfers. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, legally required safeguards will be applied, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Third-party sites have their own policies. This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or processing changes.
